I have no words to what I just watched I have a daughter
with autism, autism to me is not a disability it’s a gift they understand things differently than what we do but when it comes together it’s beautiful and truly was incredible and an inspiration! good for you Cody you can guarantee we will be watching and cheering you on

I am in tears watching this. It stole my heart. I am the father of an autistic boy who is 24 years old now. I will never know all of the struggles that other parents have gone through but I am so proud of my son and watching this just brought back so many wonderful beautiful memories. Congratulations to this wonderful young man. And good luck

I think this performance would have been greater if he had of played and sang 1st.. Then told his story.. He is awesome and such a wonderful talent and should not have been judged upon what others thought based on knowing his conditions...JS...be fair. This man is awesome and should not have been judged with his disablility being out there..xxx

Such a wonderful thing. No one was expecting the words he sang. Never judge diversity I have seen many kids fight to show they are human with a heart like everyone else. I am so impressed by America’s got talent and they took that leap of faith. This boy deserves to follow his dreams and what a wonderful mom to work so hard to help her son find his dream. I will be watching for more songs from him.
