share with you today some really easy, quick,affordable, no-brainer recipes, that you can all enjoy and stay healthy this winter.

 Winter is so important, you know it can actually make youpretty low, dull and sad. Therefore, I am wearing these bright colorsSo, make sure you wear bright colors and stay happy, healthy and hydratedthrough the winter. Let's start with my magic potion. This soup is so light that it'll actually make you feelenergetic and help you heal. It has the right ingredients and the right thingsfor your body to feel great, and alwaysdrink soup with a positive mind andknow that your food is going to heal you,it works much better, trust me on this. You start with one tablespoon of ghee,because I just love ghee so, and i think it's thebest for you.

 It ah. . it's great for your joints and great forevery part of your body, so in goesthe zucchini, then goes in the broccolithe pak-choy, the carrots, the mushroomsahh. .  the spring onionAnd, why I wanted to put celery lastis because celery isso amazing.  So if you're feeling bloated, justadd the same amount of celery to a litre of waterand drink it, you will feel greatAnd then if you don't have soba noodles, don't worry about it. So I'm making the veg versionso in goes in the soba noodlesand hot water,salt and pepper.

Please don't cook your veggies for more than7 minutes, you're just killing all the nutrients. So 5-7 minutes, then it'llcome to a boil and your soup is ready. This is great for a cold, great for a bad throatif you have the fever, go for it!Stay healthy, boost your immunityand stay strong this winter. Up next is my quick and easy recipe for bhindiand why I love bhindi, is becauseit's grown locally andwe get organic bhindi in Hyderabad andI'm sure around India because remember organic vegetablesare actually supposed to be cheaperthan the other vegetables available in the market. So my trick for quick bhindiis to add a bit of salt, cut it in chunky peicesand put it in the microwave for two minutes.  What this doesis it keeps the green color and alsothe bhindi looks very good because you know a lot of peoplewant their food to look really goodand umm. .  it helps you feel better also. So this is my trick, so you have the bhindi that's has come outgreen, bright green with a bit of saltfrom the microwave and nowit's almost done I just have to do the tadkaand that's. . it's over.

 In less than 5 to 6 minutesyou have this bhindi ready.  Okay so here you go you getone spoon, teaspoon of freshly pressed coconut oiland first the tadka, my most favouriteI really like mustard seedssome jeera,some daland dried red chillies. Okay, and thenthe green bhindi that we put in the microwavefor two minutes comes on here.  Nothing more than 4 minutesthat's it. Just a little bit of haldiSo in exactly 3 minutes, you're donethat's about it, it's five minutes, and5 to 7 minutes that's it, nothing more. And you have the perfectly cooked bhindithat you all should eat.  So you can choose to add a bit of garlicif you like but I try to avoid itbecause, and especially if you're giving it to your men, because you knowgarlic actually increases theiranger levels, so keep it as minimal as possible. So all of you have heard about bulletcoffee from my previous video, so now I am going to show youhow to make this great bullet coffee. And Sinu here has been. .  is a part of our familyand has been with us for over 20 years right now. So Sinu please tell us how to make bullet coffeehe's going to be helping, so please, so we start with coffee first uhh. .

  that's one, two-two teaspoons of coffeeAnd that's ghee, so you can use either coconut oilplease try and get cold pressed or organicor you can use ghee, that's a nicespoon of ghee, wow!I like more ghee but,and then just hot waterAnd only if you want, you can add jaggeryotherwise, if you can stay without it,please stay without it. Till it reaches a frothy consistencyHere you go, this is your bullet coffeeand trust me, it's hard on your stomachbut great for your health.
